Primary Indication	Dislocated 2-part, 3-part, or 4-part fractures of the proximal humerus; non-unions, and osteotomies.
Material Options	316L Stainless Steel or Titanium Alloy (Ti-6Al-7Nb / Ti-6Al-4V).
Screw Compatibility (Head)	Accepts 3.5 mm Locking Screws (typically 6 to 9 holes in the head for multi-directional fixation).
Screw Compatibility (Shaft)	Uses 3.5 mm Locking, 3.5 mm Cortex, or 4.0 mm Cancellous screws in Combi-holes.
Hole Configuration	3 to 12 holes in the shaft; the head has a specific cluster for "divergent" and "convergent" screw patterns.
Suture Holes	10 peripheral suture holes around the plate head for reattaching the rotator cuff (tendons).
Anatomical Fit	Pre-contoured to fit the lateral humerus; usually a universal design (fits both Left and Right).
Special Design	Includes Calcar screw holes (oblique holes) to provide support to the lower part of the humeral head and prevent collapse.
