Primary Indication	Fractures of the olecranon, proximal ulna fractures extending into the shaft, and Monteggia fractures.
Material	Available in 316L Stainless Steel or Titanium Alloy (TC4).
Anatomical Design	Pre-contoured to fit the dorsal surface of the proximal ulna; available in Left and Right versions.
Locking Mechanism	Features Combi-holes in the shaft for angular stability (Locking) and fragment compression (Cortex).
Head Holes	Multiple holes in the proximal head to capture the small "tip" fragments of the olecranon.
Screw Compatibility	Uses 3.5 mm Locking and 3.5 mm Cortex screws. Some versions allow 2.7 mm screws for small fragments.
Plate Profile	Low-profile (2.0mm - 3.0mm thickness) to prevent the patient from feeling the hardware under the skin.
Suture Eyelets	Includes small holes at the very top for re-attaching the triceps tendon or ligaments.
Available Sizes	Typically 2 holes to 12 holes in the shaft to cover different fracture lengths.
